- Money Orders and Cashiers Checks
are available at all Green Belt Bank & Trust locations. Cashiers
checks are required for amounts exceeding $300.00. The cashiers
checks need to include a payee and remitter. Fees may apply.
- Night Depositories are located
in all locations. Main bank drop can be found at the front entry
of the main bank. The Iowa Falls Motor Bank and the Ackley depositories
are located outside each of their drive through areas for your
convenience. A key is required for large deposit bags.
- Travelers Checks may be purchased
in packets of 20’s, 50’s or 100’s, at all locations.
No fees for Premier or Gold Club members. Two signature traveler
checks are also available for a fee.
- Cash Advances are done only at
our main bank. Identification is required. Fees may apply.
- Safe Deposit Boxes are offered
at both Ackley and Iowa Falls locations. They are rented on a
yearly basis. Costing $9.00 - $70.00 paid annually, these boxes
are a safe place to keep important things.
- Telephone Banking is a 24-hour
service we offer by calling 648-4800 or toll free-866-668-4800.
Using this service our customers can check their balance and history
on accounts, transfer funds, make loan payments and gather interest
rate information.
- Stop Payments can be made by contacting
bookkeeping to create a stop payment on a check or automatic debit.
A fee will apply.
- Bank By Mail is made easier when
we provide bank-by-mail envelopes to our customers in order to
send their deposits or loan payments through the mail.
- Automatic Transfer or ACH is a
service we provide which allows our customers to set up automatic
deposits and withdrawals to their account.
- Wire Service is provided for customers
who come into to the bank to execute a wire transfer or sign up
for calling in a repetitive wire. Information needed for a wire
includes the receiving bank’s routing number or ABA number
and the receiving party’s account number. The address of
the receiving party is needed if the wire amount is $3000.00 or
more.
- Notary Services are offered to
all our customers. Notarization is the act of witnessing by the
Notary Public in accordance with specifications of state law.
Notarization involves signed documents and requires the Notary
to ensure the signer’s identity and willingness to sign.
- Overdraft Protection Plan is a
service that means the end to checking account overdraft issues
and charges. You will have a preapproved, unsecured loan in place
which will advance when necessary to keep your checking account
in a positive balance.
